When we had the idea of opening Dream Catcher's Fishing Supply we wanted to do it in a location that made sense to the anglers of Western NC. Our location at 21 Steeple Rd. Sylva, NC is literally on your way to every lake and river of Western NC from Asheville and Waynesville. We are right before the Exit to Lake Glenville, Bear Lake, Cedar Cliff Lake, Wolf Lake, Lake Toxaway, Tuckasegee River and it's tributaries. The next exit after our shop takes you to Lake Chatuge, Lake Emory/ Little Tennessee River, Lake Burton and the other lakes of North Georgia. Continuing past our shop takes you to Fontana Lake, Nantahala Lake, Lake Hiwassee, Appalacia Lake and the Nantahala River.
4. Lure/ Bait Selection
At Dream Catcher's we offer the brands that are hard to get your hands on that are winning the tournaments! We carry premium American brands and a lot of premium Japanese brands that are hard to find. We are the official Megabass, Duo Realis, Deps, Huddleston, River2Sea, Ima, Evergreen, Strike King, Nichols, Jackall, 6th Sense, Optimum Baits, JIG X, 8up Jigs, Keitech, Bull Shad, 30acre, Bass Pro Shops and Reaction Innovation dealer of the Smoky Mountains. We carry the GOOD STUFF! We have the generic Zoom and Rapala that Walmart, Field & Stream and other outdoor stores carry as well! We carry live bait too! Our live bait includes all of your worms, shiners, small shad, crickets and a regional favorite RAINBOW TROUT!

Most stores are all over the map when it comes to shopping. Brands and lures are everywhere with no specific rhyme or reason why they are there. Every Tuesday Night @7pm we have locals, guides and professionals share tips and techniques that work locally and regionally. Seminars cover lures, presentations, equipment, electronics and other key specifications that will help you catch more fish!

We set Dream Catcher's Fishing Supply up for the anglers of Western NC! We stocked the store with lures, tackle, bait and equipment that anglers use here in the mountains!
